Okay, so this is my first blog ever. I'm not even sure if I know what I'm doing, but I figure it's worth a go. I mean what's the worst that can happen....noone will read it?!
So anyways, I recently started back on the road to being fit. I got off track for awhile when I got laid off which was about 2 years ago or so. It's sooo easy to be lazy and just start eating whatever you want. You keep telling yourself, tomorrow I'll workout. But, then tomorrow comes and you say it again. This cycle just keeps going until you realize that you've gained thirty pounds. So finally I am at the point to get back on it and get rid of this extra weight. I have lost five pounds so far and am on my way. Clean eating tonight followed by some cardio and I am in business. Until next blog.....
